1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Within Pakistan:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 10–20 business days
  • Express International: 5–10 business days

International shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our courier's website.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

67 Vintage is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at your earliest convenience. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. 67 Vintage is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
