Where do you ship?
We ship domestically across Pakistan and internationally to select countries. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to reach out before placing your order.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders (Pakistan) are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. International orders generally take 10–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
My order is delayed — what should I do?
Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or courier backlogs. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at our contact page and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.
🏷️ Vintage Grades
What does "vintage grade" mean?
Vintage grading is how we communicate the condition of each piece. Since vintage clothing has a history, no two items are identical — grading helps you know exactly what you're getting before it arrives.
What are your grading tiers?
Grade A — Mint / Excellent
The best of the best. These pieces show little to no signs of wear. No fading, no distressing, no repairs. Looks and feels nearly new while retaining its vintage character.
Grade B — Good Condition
Light signs of wear consistent with age — minor fading, slight softening of fabric, or very small imperfections that add to the vintage feel. No damage or repairs. A solid everyday piece.
Grade C — Well Worn / Distressed
Visibly worn with character — fading, natural distressing, or minor repairs may be present. These pieces are priced accordingly and are ideal for those who love an authentically lived-in look.
Are grades listed on each product?
Yes. Every product listing includes its grade along with detailed photos and condition notes. We encourage you to review these carefully before purchasing.
Can I return an item if I'm unhappy with its condition?
We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as possible. If an item arrives significantly different from its listed grade, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. Returns due to personal preference on graded vintage items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Do grades affect pricing?
Yes — Grade A pieces are priced at a premium, while Grade B and C items are offered at lower price points to reflect their condition. All grades represent genuine vintage value.
📦 Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven't been dispatched. Contact us immediately via our contact page.
What if I receive the wrong item?
We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the item received, and we'll resolve it promptly.
